Students and families can keep track of the school year here:
This year, Three Trails PTA is adding a reward program for families’ efforts at the school. Every time a parent or grandparent or other special family member attends an activity at the Three Trails building, a rubber stamp on their family passport will be available. After collecting ten of these stamps through the school year, a family can drop it into a special drawing for some amazing prizes.
A big screen TV will be the grand prize, family season passes to the KC Zoo will be some smaller prizes, and there will be many more added.
Having a connection with the kids’ school is not just fun and helpful for them, it can be rewarding for everyone at the end of the school year! Pick your passport up at the next school event, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
August 12, from 5PM to 7PM, students and their families can find their classroom assignments for the new school year and then visit their new home rooms to introduce themselves to the teacher, and get the year started off with a big smile. Don’t forget those school supplies, if you have them. It is much easier to carry them all when you have some help. Let’s make this year the best ever at Three Trails Elementary!
Three Trails will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair this week, with a grand finale this Friday evening at the Back to School Picnic. Students, teachers, and families can find lots of fun reading material, including brand new titles this fall, to help meet those reading goals! The PTA will use proceeds from the fair to fund family activities at the building this year. Thank you so much for shopping!
